Tennessee Caramel Cream

Christmas is just around the corner, and I’m willing to bet that you’d like to have a nice adult beverage and some reading time. Well, I’ve got both today! Grab a Christmas book from my list on my books page and settle in with this homemade creation that will have you smacking your lips for sure!

Tennessee Caramel Cream Whiskey

1.5 oz of Whisper Creek Tennessee Sipping Cream Liqueur with Tennessee Whiskey (or as I call it: Heaven. You can drink this stuff all by itself, folks.)

1.5 oz whole milk or heavy cream

2 tbs. salted caramel sauce

whipped cream

crushed caramel candies (optional)

Fill a mason jar with ice. Add sipping cream, milk/cream, and 1 tablespoon salted caramel sauce in that order. (The caramel sauce sits in the liquid, on the ice, and eventually falls to the bottom.)

Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of salted caramel sauce (about 1 tablespoon). If you’re feeling super festive, add crushed candies to the top.

Sit back with your favorite book and enjoy!
